Dr. Devin was raised on a small family farm in Durham Region. After graduating from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1990, he worked in mixed animal practice in Southwestern Ontario for ten years before moving to Eastern Ontario. He has practiced in Morrisburg and her sister clinics since this time, spending all of his professional time in the field of companion animal medicine and surgery.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Devin is an ordained Anglican minister and is actively involved in the life and ministry of his church. He is married and has four grown children.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching soccer, reading, fitness, travelling and spending time with his wife Sarah and their Border Terrier, Giggs.
